I go to jail again. BUT.. This time, I have freinds
I spent over 24 hours in a suicide watch cell Naked. I will explain this in detail latter.
They put me there after I asked I respectfully requested a
grievance form since both officers threated to punch me and the male officer
started to curse at me along with the female officer and the ruff treatment
began and kicking of my legs to spread them apart then asking me to do so.

this was the same thing that happened to me in San Jose as well. Cops do not rat on their own. And whatever you do, you are not going to have
any luck in getting help with any issues while in jail. Its just a truth you must get use to.

Never
speak to any person at the jail about any health condition. They will use all of this against you. Therefore, they PUSH these so called mental
health people on you so that they have a creditable reason for any mistreatment
you receive. Also they push drugs at you if they can. Do not accept them. (unless you really need them) But this is

have the right under Veterans Access, Choice and Accountability Act of
2014 that I be transported to the VA instead of their own private health care

a small medical backgrounds in EMR software helped with this, and I was clear
and polite, and let them know that if they are using the EPIC software program,
there is a tab there describing veterans rights to health care at their chosen
facility in the Legacy health system app.

Overall, keep your cool, and remain strong and never let any
